Foxrock Consulting launches Industry Benchmarking Studies

MELBOURNE, 28 May, 2009 - Foxrock Consulting will be commencing a series of independent studies related to 3rd party administration services in the financial services sector, commencing with a Benchmarking Study of Share Registry Services. Company Secretaries of each ASX listed company with a minimum market capitalisation of $50m will be personally invited to participate in the inaugral study. This equates to 400 Company Secretaries representing some 440 companies and a significant proportion of shareholder numbers. The on-line survey which will open for responses from Monday June 1st will run for 3 weeks to 26th June. It is anticipated that the results will be published in early August 2009 with the general outcomes being made available to both media and interested market and industry participants. In the coming months, Foxrock will also be launching Benchmarking Studies related to:

• Master Custody

• Unit Registry Services

• Employee Share Schemes Administration

• Superannuation Administration

These comprehensive and pertinent studies are being prepared by drawing upon the extensive operational experience from amongst Foxrock’s own consultants across a broad suite of administrative environments.

Foxrock consulting opens Perth Office, expands capability

MELBOURNE, 17 February, 2009 - Foxrock Consulting has today announced that is has established a market presence in Western Australia, with the appointment of Mr. Desmond Phua as State Manager. Desmond will be based at Foxrock’s office in Centre Park Business Centre in East Victoria Park in Perth and will be responsible fo+r Foxrock’s clients in Western Australia and South Australia. Desmond, who was previously employed by Foxrock in its Melbourne head office until mid-2007, was most recently employed by APA Financial Services in Perth in product development and technical roles. This latest appointment follows on from the recent appointment of Mr. Peter Buzza as Associate Director at Foxrock, who will focus on IT Strategy solutions for Foxrock’s clients. Peter has 15 years’ experience in information technology, and previously occupied senior management roles with Boeing Aircraft Corporation, Telstra, Pitcher Partners and Aker Solutions prior to his most recent role at Orchard Funds. Peter is a member of the CIO Working Council and the Information Services Audit and Control Association and has has proven executive-level experience aligning IT strategy with business needs, people management, change management and “customer focused” service delivery.
