Séamus Ó Concheanainn
Managing Director Séamus has spent two decades in financial services in Australia and Europe, working for a range of global brands. At Foxrock, he applies his extensive experience from managing middle and back office processes in business process consulting and in strategic sourcing. He also specialises in contract and SLA negotiations and reviews for clients, both in strategic sourcing and ongoing contract management. Séamus is responsible for designing the consulting products that Foxrock delivers to its clients.

Aakash Dogra
Consultant Aakash contributes to the delivery of technology strategic sourcing and implementation projects for Foxrock’s clients. Aakash has significant experience in the design, testing and implementation of financial technology solutions in the Asia‐Pacific region, particularly in the areas of custody and investment management. Aakash holds a master of business administration degree from Monash University, bachelor of business administration and bachelor of information systems degrees from La Trobe University.

Senior Associate Matthew focuses on designing client solutions and technology for investment reporting and performance analytics. A senior manager with over fifteen years experience in wholesale financial services, Matthew has most recently worked in providing solutions to the operational and investment reporting needs of Australia’s premier superannuation and investment management companies. Matthew holds a master of business administration degree from Melbourne Business School.

Head of Finance Modina brings to Foxrock a background in commercial operational finance, performance modelling & business analysis across a number of industries. Having more than a decade in senior management roles, most recently 6 years in Professional Services, she takes responsibility for Foxrock’s financial management.

Desmond Phua
Senior Consultant – Technology Desmond focuses on delivery of services in technology, volumetric analysis and implemented technology reviews, as well as the design and oversight of data migration services for custody and systems transitions. Desmond has operations management, technology and business analytics experience across various fund management and funds administration organisations in Australia and in stockbroking in Asia. Desmond is degree qualified in Commerce and IT.
